Lamb Share Program
The portion of lamb you are buying is a percentage of a whole live animal. We will have that animal harvested and processed for you. You will receive a percentage of the lamb equal to the share of the live animal you have purchased.
Your lamb will be pasture-raised and pasture-finished. You can be assured that they will have the best possible life that can be provided. Our pasture-finished lamb will be naturally lower in fat than grain-finished lamb. This finishing on natural feed provides a better flavor to your finished lamb. Small amounts of grain is fed to improve quality of life and as gentling and training incentives so they are used to people and happy.
A share of a Lamb for 2026 will cost:
$275 for a half
$550 for whole.
What you can expect:
Anticipated hanging weight for a 9 month lamb is estimated to be about 80lbs. Net weight breakdown for a whole lamb would be 38 lbs for a whole, 19 lbs for a half delivery would be dependent on age at time of harvest, typically lambs are harvested 7-13 months of age.
