A share of a steer for 2025 will cost: 

$1,000 for a quarter 

$1,950 for a half 

$3850 for whole. 

What you can expect:

The average hanging weight is 500 lbs - net weight averages 60% of hanging so the approximate net for a whole steer is 300 lbs in the freezer.

The deposit to purchase your steer is 10% now, and the rest upon delivery. Delivery in 2025 will occur in early November.  This pricing includes: harvesting, cut and wrap, and delivery.
